Weekend Highlight Time! Today’s piece is a 3-inch tall terracotta bottle with a Pearl White glaze over top. Because of the clay base having its own color the glaze has more of a blue look than white like in the name! Super cool to see how the glazes can change with different factors. Was able to get my first personal Giffin Grip and have really been enjoying how it is transforming my trimming process! Trimming isn’t always my favorite part of pottery but being able to experiment with the different techniques has been really fun.
